What a Whirlwind as Told in Reverse!

R had his jazz night school show and the ensemble gave a great performance...

Joe and Ryan back up the live karaoke at Joe and Emma's Goin' Away to Austin party.
Todo: Africa was a real hit!

His and her raspberry picking. We had to hunt, but we got enough for a few big jars of raspberry jam...

Below is evidence of the wedding invitation factory we had going for a few days. Ryan on vine stamp detail, me on addresses and blossom branch stamping. Whew!

The sour cherries in the backyard are ripe for the picking. They were like colorful little gems!

Wedding cake tasting at the Forbes. Dining outside with these locally (up the street) made candle-baby candle votives. Summer is here!

Made this summer skirt while making my way through the Gilmore Girls catalog. Great company when working on projects...

Surf trip to Neah Bay with Kris and Christine. Here is the furthest-most tip of the continental US.

Look at all these lounging Rez Dogs. They just become your companions for as long as you stay.

Grilled over the campfire salmon, couscous, and wilted kale and greens. Fine camping fare!

Kris keeping the fire and his surfing attitude stoked...

Carmel-Walnut Upside Down Banana Cake. Enough said.

Finally finished my map of the world puzzle. Geography and Puzzles, together at last...

Lady S. and Sir T. celebrate one year of love, life, and parenthood. It was a lovely show! Favorite part beyond celebrating these two amazing people had to be the PRETZEL SAUSAGE BUNS! What!? Nice find Sooze!

Fun adventure at Pike's Market getting our favorite little doughnuts from our favorite punk rock employees...

Ry's younger brother's business competition team kept cleaning up at all the different events. Finally we have a giant check in the family!

Reach the Beach was great this year. We only rode 30 miles...fine by me. The weather was great and we had lovely time hanging out with Uncle T. and the Portland crew at the finish.

Jeanne and Kyle's 'The Usual'...and a mighty delicious brunch at that.
