Ooh Nelly! My readership has spoken....I need to update this blog more! More documentation of events, makings and other goings on is in order. To begin, one of my childhood best friends, Laura had her wedding with the fabulous Will in late summer and I decided to put together a wine-of-the-month club box for them. It was a lot of fun to shop for the wine at my favorite friendly wine shop Esquin.
Laura and Will like 'affordable' wines so the wine shop owner and workers helped me pick out some wallet-friendly bottles that they might want to buy again later. They also gave me food pairings suggestions so I could make a little advice guides for each bottle. The real treat was buying bottles for us...so we could assure the quality of course....
